The DAB Series air cooling steel belt use steel strip to transform the material from rollers to the crusher. Two rollers are connected to the chill water . when the material drops down from the extruder to the gap of the two rollers , it is sheeted to be 1-2mm thick flakes , and cooled down on the steel strip by air . the crusher crush the flakes to be chips ,size around 12 x 12 mm .
