DDF series Chemical Belt Faker
Working principle£º
DDF Series double cooling belt flaker and DSF series single cooing belt flaker are main composed of overflow groove ,
stainless steel belt and crusher device. The melted material from the upstream process ,will be paved onto the belt up
surface uniformly through overflow groove ,and form a uniform thin flaker,and forwarder with the belt and cooled by
cooling water sprayed from rear surface of belt . The material will be solidified and will be crushed to be irregular chips
by the crusher .
